Praise for Wildflowers and Ferns of Newfoundland: Whether he is lecturing, teaching, or writing about plants, Boland is a talented plantsman who distills information in a compelling and inspiring way. He is a busy man, however, so if we cannot have him along on our nature expeditions, his beautifully illustrated Wildflowers and Ferns of Newfoundland is the next best thing.
