Moonrise Over Woolly Island: A Rebecca Blake Mystery

Description

In the rural community of Beacon, junior high school teacher Rebecca Blake’s plans for a peaceful summer vacation are abruptly interrupted when she becomes intrigued by the fate of a stately, abandoned homestead.

She’s not the only one fascinated by the historic property, once owned by Beacon’s most powerful family. Despite the town’s plans to demolish the structure, several visitors to the community are fiercely determined to claim it as their own.

One Saturday morning, the calm of the community is shattered when a resident discovers a dead body—a victim of foul play—along a quiet walking trail. Who could have done such a shocking, violent act? What secrets do the visitors hold about each other, the old house, and the murder?

As Rebecca’s insatiable curiosity edges her closer to the truth, she becomes the killer’s next target. Rebecca’s only hope is that her friends can find her before the killer does.
